·            Plan all Project activities, manage and control the construction techniques of the project, achieve targets, quality and project schedule

·            Execute the Project within budget and schedule and ensure proper preparation of variations and cost control reports, progress measurements systems and productivity reports.

·            Ensure effectiveness through the application of his knowledge of business process (including financial, production, purchasing and other related operation and his understanding of costing control techniques);

·            Review regularly workload and forecasts from Project departments. Ensuring that all QA and HSE matters are properly implemented according to Contract

·            The direction of all day-to-day activities of the Project and the interface with Company Project Management. Manage and supervise the activities of the superintendents, engineers and General Foremen

·            Satisfactory overall Project team liaison with Client, Authorities, Consultants, Engineers, Design Contractors/Vendors and Subcontractors;

·            Ensuring the development of Project procedures outlining the method of working, progressing and reporting principles for communications and documentation.

·            Approval of all organization matters, procedures, reporting methods and Contracts

·            Ultimate control of planning, scheduling, cost, variations and contract matters.

·            Ensuring that all required and contractually relevant company policies and procedures are implemented throughout the Project.

·            Overall responsibilities for the development of Project team procedures, their review and maintenance.

·            Share and attend monthly and periodical project meetings, consultants and client meetings;

·            Carrying out regular field trips to observe and evaluate conditions and performance of fieldwork. 

         In-depth knowledge of project management, project construction and recognized practices and principals.

         Experience in Oil & Gas Industry construction projects in the Arab world and internationally.

        Corporate level and senior management skills develop coherent team to achieve strong presence and recognition within the project members, consultants, subcontractors and client.

         Expand project base with efficiency and professional performance. Previous Experience:

·            Computer literate and excellent command of English and Arabic languages.

·            Experience of at least 15 years in civil work construction preferably within the Oil and Gas Industry. At least 5 of which as a Project Manager for major projects. The Middle East and in particular GCC experience is essential.

·            In-depth knowledge of project and construction management, Cost controls. Familiar with the legal implications of financial and contractual obligations and their implications;

·            Good exposure to execution of construction projects and able to monitor the relevant methods efficiently. Able to manage, plan, execute, organize and implement controls through set standards to complete and execute the work within set time frame and within a multicultural environment.
