We achieve this through continual improvement of our business processes and organizational drive on improving company's competencies that set new benchmarks in quality.

In order to continue the pace of growth in the Construction industry, AJES has developed the Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001 Standard and maintaining the certification since 2000.

The Quality Management Systems currently maintained, are certified by Bureau Veritas, an internationally recognized certification body, complying with the Standard ISO 9001:2008.

AJES is committed to ensure FLAWLESS RIGHT FIRST TIME START- UP achieved through:

  • Implementation of Project specific Quality Plan and Quality Procedures & ITPs
  • In-process Compliance Monitoring - Inspection & Testing at all pre-defined Stages with identification of Inspection level for all parties involved.
  • System Compliance to Project & ISO requirements and effectiveness of QMS are monitored through Internal & Second Party Audits carried out in accordance with the agreed Quality Audit schedule by suitably qualified /certified Auditors independent of activities being audited.
  • Continuous Improvement through Root Cause Analysis on the Process & System Audit NCR trends, Client satisfaction Reviews, Corrective & Preventive Actions, and 'Lessons Learned' process.
  • Project Closeout and Handing over upon completion of projects as per Client/Project requirement and archiving of records to satisfy the retention period.
